Alfredo Pascual
Description

Alfredo is public policy analyst with expertise in drug policy. He’s originally from Uruguay, where he studied a Bachelor of Business Administration and worked first for the private and then for the public sector. Then he moved to Germany and studied a Master of Public Policy, writing his master’s thesis about the role of political culture in cannabis legalization in Uruguay. He worked as a Research Assistant for the Austrian Economics Center​ in Vienna and has been involved in Students For Liberty for several years, giving lectures and organizing workshops about drug policy all around Europe and online. Since 2016 and until last month, he worked for International Cannabis Corporation, a licensed integrated cannabis company that produces in Uruguay, with the primary focus on developing expansion opportunities internationally.
